Job Description: C++ Developers/ASP.Net (Jr.-Mid level)Location: Gaithersburg, MD US Citizen or Green Card holder The candidate will work directly with V.P. Development to rebuild our client’s HR, benefit and payroll processing web experience from the ground up. Primarily using Microsoft tools over an underlying database and mid-tier, the goal is to redesign the web site for a modern animated feel. We will use a modular approach to communicate information on the web, while also preparing for a mobile and pad read interface. We use a Rapid Application Development approach in a small company dynamic environment. Although the candidate is expected to work in the office daily, we have a flexible work-at-home policy for one or two days a week for successful developers. Candidate must haves: - Fluent in English - Expected to show up in the office every day - Fluent in C++, C# or ASP.NET - Strong knowledge of HTML and JavaScript - Lives in reasonable commuting distance to the office (30 min, 1 hour in traffic) Plus skills are: - Knowledge of the latest HTML5 a plus - Oracle and SQL a plus
