Entry Level Recruiter
Must be a US Citizen
o Partner with internal and external hiring managers to understand position requirements, develop a recruiting strategy, identify and engage potential sources to find qualified candidates, and utilize our tried and true process to place them.
o Responsible for full recruiting cycle including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates.
o Pre-screen all candidates under consideration for opportunities and prepare high quality candidate resumes for presentation to account managers; conduct phone screens and provide summaries of candidates to account managers.
o Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify a high quality, diverse candidate pool in an efficient, cost effective manner, i.e. cold calling, internet, research firms, user groups.
o Manage external sourcing teams effectively thru constant communication and feedback.
o Conduct reference checks and work with background screening vendor.
o Manage relationships with internal staff and external vendors; participate in daily team meetings.
o Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and internal SOPs.
o Ability to perform other related responsibilities as requested, such as onboarding projects, employee events, immigration, and relocation.
o All other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience
o Bachelorís degree or equivalent experience
o 0-2 years of experience working with people.
o Proficient with PCís and related applications.
o Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing conditions.
o Ability to work in a fluid, high volume environment.
o Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
o Creative, demonstrate independent judgment, strong interpersonal and communications skills.
