Position Title: Ecommerce Analyst

eCommerce Transaction Collection & Analysis
-Candidiate shall be able execute structured queries within the TeaLeaf application or similar eCommerce data collection application in order to design and develop application specific queries to extract large sets of eCommerce data from the TeaLeaf application.
-Familiar with other eCommerce data collection tools and applications and shall have the ability to learn and interact with USPS specific applicaions and reports. -Familiar with a rules engine/application based approach used for evaluation and assessment of eCommerce transactions for potential fraud.
-Familiar with various data analysis tools and database technologies.
-Support investigations through data research and analysis to gather additional supporting investigative material.

eCommerce Fraud Models and Detection:
-Develop and apply various statistical techniques to design models/framework that detect fraud and/or other traffic risk patterns within the eCommerce transaction workflow and test, refine, and improve these models or framework. -Obtain, parse and evaluate large data sets in order to differentiate fraudulent from non-fraudulent payment transactions, and further apply strong data analysis skills to develop future fraud identification strategies.
-Familiar with the chargeback process in order to evaluate and separate fraud chargebacks from non-fraud chargebacks.
-Create regular reports and graphics depicting detected fraud patterns and trends with various visualization tools and reporting services.

Process & Workflow:
-Participate on any new projects, as project manager or team member, involving eCommerce or cyber related implementation projects for the client. -Evaluate, design and propose technical solutions which will achieve operational efficiency and fraud detection and prevention for the client.
-Develop data flow diagrams, workflow processes, transactional diagrams in order to document processes and deliver overview orientation training to various group members and executives.
-Capable of writing procedures that are clear and detailed sufficiently that orient with the tools, applications methods and processes

Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education or technical training.

Experience:
8-10 years of related software development experience.
