Job Description: ocation: Winchester, VAClearance Requirement: Top-Secret o Assist the Quality Management Department with all aspects of business automation. o Provides insights, proposed solutions, strategies, and tactics to leverage technology for improved operations. o Works with the Business Operations Support Unit to define and execute IT systems improvements. o Prepares documentation relevant to IT initiatives to include at the minimum of concept of operations, privacy impact assessments, OMB-300s, cost estimates, functional descriptions, and high level system designs. o Conducts research and participates in planning. o Generates white papers, proposals, and modeling, tracking, and forecasting purposes. Must have formal IT systems credentials and experience with large Government programs o combination of new development and maintenance (roughly 50/50) o should have solid reporting and analysis capabilities, and be able to interact with the customer Qualifications: o Must have formal IT systems credentials and experience with large Government programs - preferable FBI experience. o 3-5 years experience in Microsoft Access, Excel, and C# or ASP.NET development. o Solid customer skills Desired Qualifications: o experience with workflow automation applications – preferably Highview, Metastorm, K2 and SharePoint. o Experience with Microsoft SQL and Oracle databases, SQL Reports Builder, and browser-related web development (jQuery and CSS) would also be extremely beneficial. Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to work on-site with the customer
