Job Description: Our client is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer in Washington, DC.Job Summary: The US Navy’s PEO Aircraft Carriers focuses on the design, construction and delivery, and life-cycle support of all aircraft carriers and the integration of IT systems into aircraft carriers. Our client provides US Navy’s PEO Carriers with operations and maintenance support of their Integrated Digital Environment (IDE), a comprehensive collaboration solution designed to electronically enable day-to-day business operations. Our client is seeking an Oracle certified professional with experience in Systems Engineering to support the US Navy’s PEO Carriers Integrated Digital (IDE) system and the next generation Technology Refresh of IDE. Roles and responsibilities include: • Design and development of integrated solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware components as well as the associated processes and procedures to facilitate cost effective delivery of services in a web-enabled environment. • Perform testing and integration, maintenance and escalation of required problem resolutions of systems, subsystems and components. Qualified candidates must possess a Top Secret Clearance and minimum Security+ CE certification and have working knowledge and expertise in Oracle Fusion Middleware to include WebLogic 10.3.6+ and Oracle HTTP Servers/Oracle Application Servers deployed in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6/7 environment. Working knowledge and/or experience with Oracle WebCenter, Oracle Identity Management Suite, and Oracle SOA Suite are preferred.
