Job Description: Clearance: Top Secret (Active)Citizenship Requirements: US Citizen Assist the NNCP with all aspects of Quality Assurance (QA) Program Planning, implementation, and execution. Provides insight, proposed solutions, strategies, and tactics to leverage quality assurance and quality control (QC) to improve operations. Works with the NNCP Operations Units to define and collaborates with IT analysts on System improvements. Prepares documentation relevant to QA initiatives to include at the minimum: concept of operations, impact assessments, functional descriptions, and high level system designs. Conducts research and participates in planning. Generates white papers, proposals, and reports as necessary. Assists with the development of specialized business models, tracking, and forecasting. Qualifications: Must have formal quality assurance credentials and experience with large government programs. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio. and Word Education: B.S. or B.A. degree or four years of experience in related field.
