Secret Clearance Required
Fully Funded, Immediate Fill

Provides technical support and troubleshooting to custom aplication users.

Secret Clearance required.

1. Screens, refers and diagnoses inquiries and as they relate to use of applications.
2. Provides end-user software troubleshooting and support.
3. Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
4. Provides troubleshooting and support.
5. Provides phone and help-desk support for worlwide users.
6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
7. Participates in special projects as required.


1. Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
2. Associate's Degree preferred.


1-3 years of directly related experience supporting help desk operations or customer service.
Secret Clearance required.
