Roles and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work as part of a team comprised of a project manager, business analysts, developers and customers to provide analysis, leadership and act as the primary liaison on various applications assigned to the System Support Center.
-To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
-Four year (Bachelor degree) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience in IT, or 10 years of work related experience in lieu of degree.
-5+ years experience in business analysis role that includes software quality assurance, Agile, testing and database queries
-Demonstrated ability to seek and rapidly acquire business and technical knowledge needed to independently serve as liaison between the customer, developers, and business project leader.†
-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project).
-Proficient with database query tools/techniques.
-Working knowledge of development tools such as Java-based user interface and Oracle databases
-Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, oral and written communication skills to include ability to facilitate meetings comprised of business and IT representatives.
-Must be able to obtain a Postal Sensitive Clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card status required)
