Project Tasks Requiring Assistance:
- Upgrade HP ALM/QC to latest version; running on a version that is EOS as of January 2015 - Consolidation of testing artifacts in HP ALM/QC to a single integrated domain; need to ensure that the proposed solution follows best practices and meets customer needs - Integration of requirements across HP ALM/QC and Serena Dimensions RM - Support project to improve defect management reporting across HP ALM/QC and Serena Dimensions - Develop project-related documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio - Present relevant information to different audiences including internal technical and management teams, application development organizations (ADOs), verification and validation (V&V) team, and CMS Qualifications:
Required Experience:

- Experience with technical installation, configuration, maintenance, and operational support of HP ALM/QC 11 and 12. - Experience with HP ALM Robot upgrade tool - Experience with installing, configuring, and maintenance of test automation tools such as QTP/UFT - Understanding of HP ALM/QC database structure and ability to create queries in Microsoft SQL and Oracle - Understanding of site administration including adding and maintaining new projects, fields, and workflows to QC data elements, maintaining user accounts, roles, and permissions, and managing availability of testing environments and tools - Experience integrating HP ALM/QC with other software/tools, specifically Serena Dimensions toolset - Excellent oral and written communication skills
